The Timothy Demonbreun House is absolutely amazing and is now my favorite place to stay in Nash.I found this place because it was close to the test center for the bar exam, and I didn't want to fight traffic and have the noisy background of the hotel every day and night. Being a guest at the Demonbreun House is like staying with a favorite friend or relative; everything you could want is at your fingertips, and things you didn’t even know you could have (a huge swimming pool with a slide and a diving board! Homemade waffles! Free shuttle to downtown!) will appear at precisely the right moment. Richard Demonbreun is a wonderful host and makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you book your reservation. Our room was charming and quirky, but also completely functional and luxurious in the ways you would want a B&B to be. Read More.

Spent two nights here for a sisters' weekend in Nashville. We booked into the Demonbreun as an alternative when we couldn't find affordable vacancy in any of the downtown hotels and in hindsight, I am glad we couldn't! We absolutely loved our experience in this grand but comfortable B&B. Host Richard has thought of everything... cold drinks, bath towels, a fridge in the room and lots of electrical outlets for charging. His breakfasts were the best meals we had in Nashville. There isn't anything he can't prepare. Read More.
Easy to get to. Innkeeper is very accommodating and friendly. Good suggestions on things to do and is very knowledgable. Pool is large and there is a hot tub. Food was great. The house has lots of character. Our room was great, even a private porch.
