The mansion features three private bed and breakfast guest rooms (as limited by local ordinance) each including a soft, queen-sized bed with luxurious 500 count cotton sheets and private bathroom, a fabulous wine cellar (the former water cistern) located in the kitchen down a twenty-eight foot winding steel staircase constructed in the French Quarter of New Orleans, a billiards/poker/air hockey/game room on the third floor featuring a 60″ HD television with an Infinity/Sony home theater system, a large in-ground, heated (May-October) swimming pool with a two meter diving board and slide in the 14′ deep end, a heated spa open all year which seats up to twelve (12) adults, and an outdoor entertainment area in the covered “Breezeway” with a ping-pong table, darts and 52″ HD television for your leisure enjoyment.
The residence is fully air-conditioned and guests enjoy all of the modern amenities you would expect including a complete stereo system and high-speed Comcast wireless internet service. Deluxe guest room rates are affordably priced at $200.00 per night on Friday and Saturday nights, $175.00 per night on Sunday through Thursday nights and only $150.00 per night if more than one night is booked on a weekday (excluding holidays priced at weekend rates), which includes all state and local taxes, a delicious full made-to-order breakfast each morning (served poolside upon request weather permitting), secure off-street parking, use of our private heated 42,000 gallon swimming pool with its 14 ft. deep end, diving board and slide (April until early October), and large heated spa which seats up to twelve (12) adults and wireless internet. We do not accept credit cards so that our room prices do not require increases for bank processing fees. A personal check for 1/2 of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm a reservation.
A five (5) day cancellation notice is required on all guest room reservations to receive a refund in order for substitute reservations to be possible. Check-out is required no later than 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed to so that incoming guests can be accommodated at 1:00 p.m. for check-in. As a courtesy to the owners and guests, quiet hours are required from 10:30 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. (which includes closure of the 3rd floor game room) to insure a restful night’s sleep for all. You may return to the mansion as late (or early in the morning) as you wish after enjoying an evening out on the town if you so desire. We want your visit to Nashville to be exceptional in every way!
Note Concerning Visitors: To insure the House remains private for all guests staying at the Bed and Breakfast, visitors may not be invited and are not permitted unless they are attending a special event booked at the mansion. Their visit is limited to use of the first floor common area and the four (4) hour event period as scheduled by the hosts.
