The mansion features four (4) private bed and breakfast guest rooms named the Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay (which has an extra bedroom with a queen-sized bed to create a suite for up to 4 persons) and Game Room. Each include a soft, queen-sized bed with luxurious 500 count cotton sheets and private bathroom. The Chardonnay and Merlot Rooms also have private natural gas fireplaces which look and feel just like woodburning fireplaces and add a wonderful touch of romance to any stay at the House during the winter months. The third floor Game Room is also available for overnight accommodations upon request and has a private bathroom and queen-sized bed. The pool table, poker table and air hockey tables, along with the 60″ HDTV make this man/woman cave the perfect place for the couple wanting to be sure and keep up with their favorite sport teams while visiting Nashvegas!

Each deluxe guest room is affordably priced with all amenities and taxes at just $225.00 per night on Friday and Saturday nights, just $175.00 per night on Sunday through Thursday nights, and further discounted to only $150.00 per weekday night if more than one night is reserved (excluding holidays priced at weekend rates). A $25 discount is applied to any reservation for single occupancy. A government rate of $125.00 per night for single occupancy on Sunday through Thursday nights is offered with employment verification.
We do not accept credit cards so that our room rates do not require increases for bank processing fees and internet credit card fraud; hence, all reservations are confirmed with payment by check for a small portion of the total cost of your stay once you have called to confirm availability.

A five (5) day cancellation notice is required on guest room reservations in order to receive a refund so that substitute reservations are possible. If more than one (1) guest room is reserved in a “block” a ten (10) day notice is required; however, if less than the required notice is given and the rooms are re-booked before the original check-in date a refund will be provided. A 25% cancellation fee is assessed on all deposits/payments made to confirm reservations and deducted from refunds provided the required notice is given stated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check-out is required no later than 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed to so that incoming guests can be accommodated for our 1:00 p.m. check-in. As a courtesy to the owners and guests, “Quiet Hours” are in affect each evening from 10:30 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. (which includes closure of the 3rd floor Guest/Game room if available and not booked for accommodations) to insure a restful night’s sleep for all. You may, however, return to the mansion as late as you wish (or as early in the morning if the band is really good) after enjoying an evening out on the town. We truly want your visit to Nashville to be exceptional in every way!
We occasionally host small dinners and/or private weddings on the 1st floor only and outside by the pool and carriage house in the evenings ending at 10:30 p.m. Privacy gates are closed and these event guests are not permitted up the Grand or Servant Staircases where all guest rooms excepting the Cabernet Room are located . These special events are quite lovely and do not disturb persons staying at the B&B, as they are usually out on the town enjoying dinner and/or live entertainment for the evening. Please let us know if this is a concern at the time your reservation is confirmed.
Note Concerning Other Visitors: To insure the House remains private for all guests staying at the Bed and Breakfast, outside visitors may not be invited and are not permitted unless they are attending a special event booked at the mansion. These event guests are limited to use of the first floor/pool/carriage house common areas during the four (4) hour event period as scheduled by the hosts and must leave the premises at the close of the event.
